Erin Luoto is an ACE certified Personal Trainer. She is ready to serve you with your personal fitness desires immediately! As Lando Center’s Fitness Advisor and Program Director, she has held numerous, well-attended Strength and Weight Training, Body Re-Composition, Stretch and Foam rolling, Full Body Circuit, Cross-Training Classes and Workshops.
Erin Luoto has been on a personal lifestyle changing journey starting about 6 years ago when she became a member at Lando Center. Orientations - Complimentary to all NEW MEMBERS
New to Luoto's Fitness? Schedule a time with our fitness staff to get a better idea of our facility and our equipment. The session will cover; equipment description and location within the facility, instruction on proper seat placement and machine set-up. Minor recommendations by our Fitness Staff on body alignment and form (not a personal training session). By participating in these orientations, participants will become better acquainted with conditioning and cardio equipment.
