General Information
In case of medical emergency dial 911
Parking – General and handicap parking is available all along County Road B and in the parking lot behind the Lando Center.
WiFi - For your entertainment we have free WiFi available throughout the building.
Age / Kids – Children under the age of 18 are not allowed in the building without adult supervision. See membership rules for children and membership stipulations.
No Street shoes – Street shoes are NOT permitted in the fitness room/locker rooms or classroom. We have an area near the front door where you can leave boots and change into your inside shoes.
Cell phone use – It is asked that you respect your fellow patrons with your cell phone use whether talking or texting and please put on silent. Give yourself a mini break from technology, it’s good for the soul.
Locks- Must be removed from the lockers at the end of the day. Exception is the long-term tall locker rentals.
Food & Beverages – Food and beverages are prohibited in the fitness/locker rooms & classroom. Only exception is water. NO GLASS please!
If you are injured – Immediately notify an employee.
Photography – Please refrain from any photography in the fitness room or classroom and it is prohibited in the locker rooms.
Smoking/Drinking Alcohol – Is not allowed
Towels – Towels are provided for our members and when you are done please place them in the used towel bins.
Equipment - Please wipe down equipment after use.
CANCELLATION POLICY for Memberships:
Month to Month: Cancellation of this month to month agreement is required 10 days in advance on all autopay accounts and it must be submitted in writing. By law you have the right to cancel within 3 business days from starting your month to month membership and it must be submitted in writing. You will receive a full refund less a service fee of $3 for each day of use during that 3 day period. No refunds for days not used within the month of the E-Membership after cancellation.
3 Month, 6 Month & 1 Year Memberships: By law you have the right to cancel this agreement within 3 business days from signing the agreement. A service fee of $3 will be charged for each day of use during that 3 day period. Cancellation of this agreement is allowed beyond the 3 day period, but free passes and free months of use will be lost. Refunds of the unused portion of the membership will be processed within 21 days of cancellation.
GIVING NOTICE: You must give notice of cancellation by a method that will allow you to prove that you gave notice, including registered mail, electronic mail, facsimile or personal delivery. If you send the notice of cancellation by registered mail, electronic mail, or facsimile, it doesn't matter if the seller receives the notice within the required period as long as you sent it within the required period.
CLASS REFUND POLICY for Pre-Paid Programs: A class program that is pre-paid can be refunded in full for medical or unexpected circumstances as long as the client has not started the program. If some classes of the program have been taken and the client develops a medical condition or unexpected situation, then the client will be reimbursed the program fee minus the drop-in fee (member or non-member rate) for each class attended. An in-house credit will be made should a client no longer want to take the class for any other reason.
MEMBERSHIP FREEZE POLICY for 3 Month, 6 Month & 1 Year Memberships ONLY:
We understand that under certain circumstances you may need to freeze your membership. We allow a membership suspension or freeze for the following reasons:
AGE LIMITS for Lando Center:
MEMBER/ GUEST: 18 or older
14-17 year olds: Must be accompanied by an adult, have a note from coach or under contract with a personal
trainer.
Youth Programs with instructors: Ages allowed set by the instructor.
USE OF THE GATHERING SPOT: (DOES NOT APPLY TO SPECIAL CENTER EVENTS)
Any member can use the Gathering Spot as intended during open hours. It is encouraged for guests to join a member to enjoy the Gathering Spot. Respecting Lando Center as a business, the following rules have been put in place for non-member use of the Gathering Spot:
1. Members are allowed to bring 3 guests to use the Gathering Spot ONLY, without having to purchase a Member Guest Daily pass.
2. If more than 3 guests want to join the member to use the Gathering Spot ONLY, either an additional member must join the group for every 3 guests OR a Member Guest Daily pass will need to be purchased for every 4 non-members.

- You are under a physician’s order not to exercise. A doctor’s note is required to begin a freeze and unfreeze your membership.
- For military obligations. Proper documentation is required.
- Freeze requests must be longer than 30 days.
- Freeze requests will only be authorized for regular memberships of a term of 6 months or longer.
- Memberships must be in good standing (if paid monthly through automatic dues)
- Under no circumstances will we back date a freeze. The freeze date will begin the day the freeze form is signed, documentation is given.
- The membership will be extended the number of months the membership is frozen.
