Orientations - Complimentary to all NEW MEMBERS New to Luoto's Fitness? Schedule a time with our fitness staff to get a better idea of our facility and our equipment. The session will cover; equipment description and location within the facility, instruction on proper seat placement and machine set-up. Minor recommendations by our Fitness Staff on body alignment and form (not a personal training session). By participating in these orientations, participants will become better acquainted with conditioning and cardio equipment.
