Orientations - Complimentary to all NEW MEMBERS
New to Luoto's Fitness? Schedule a time with our fitness staff to get a better idea of our facility and our equipment. The session will cover; equipment description and location within the facility, instruction on proper seat placement and machine set-up. Minor recommendations by our Fitness Staff on body alignment and form (not a personal training session). By participating in these orientations, participants will become better acquainted with conditioning and cardio equipment.

A program designed for you! this offers you the opportunity to work with a personal trainer one on one for two, one hour sessions. Whether you're new to the center or just looking for a new program to mix things up, this specialized program will keep you motivated and seeing results for 10 weeks or more.
One Hour Personal Training - Member: $35/ Hour
Guest: $45/ Hour

Member: $160/package of 5 – 1 hour sessions
Guest: $190/package of 5 - 1 hour sessions

One Hour Buddy Training - $25/session (per buddy)- FOR MEMBERS ONLY

$120/package of 5 (per buddy) – 1 hour sessions
The same results at a more affordable price! Enjoy the same personal attention with the support and fun of working out with your buddy.
